Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide, and shipping is already in the price. Because everything is printed to order, a delivery is two waits back to back: production, then transit.
What shipping costs
Nothing extra. The total at checkout is the items in your cart added up, with no shipping line, no handling fee and no minimum order. A single sticker gets posted at the same price as a sticker.
Duty and local sales tax are the exception. If your parcel crosses a border, your customs authority may charge them on delivery and they are yours to pay. The print provider produces in several regions and routes each order to the facility nearest you, which avoids a border crossing for most orders.
How long it takes
Production runs about 2 to 7 business days from the moment the order is paid. Embroidery, which is the cap, sits at the slower end. Then the parcel travels:
- United States and Canada, roughly 3 to 8 business days after production
- Europe and the United Kingdom, roughly 4 to 10
- Australia and New Zealand, roughly 6 to 15
- Everywhere else, roughly 10 to 25
These are the ranges we see, not promises. Carrier backlogs, customs and the weeks around major holidays stretch them, and we have no way to speed a parcel up once it is with a carrier.
Where to find your tracking
There is no email address in this system, so nothing about your order will ever arrive in an inbox, including the confirmation, the shipping notice and the delivery alert. Everything lives on the order page.
Log in with your sixteen digit account number, open the order, and the status is at the top. When it reads "shipped", the tracking number is on that page and you can paste it into the carrier's own site. That number is also the reason to keep your account number safe: without it you cannot reach your own order history.
Getting the address right
Checkout takes a name, street, city, state or region, postal code and country, plus an optional phone number and an optional note. What you type is copied to the print provider exactly, so a truncated street or a missing apartment number ends up on the label that way.
- Put an apartment, unit or building number in the street field, on the same line.
- The state field is required for the United States, Canada and Australia. A dash is the right answer for a country that has no such division.
- Leave a phone number if the parcel is crossing a border. Couriers ask for one, and an international delivery without it stalls more often.
- Use the note for anything else the printer or the courier should know.
- Sizes are not part of the address. The shirt takes its size from the product page before it reaches your cart, and the cap is one size.
Spotted a mistake after ordering? Tell us in our Discord with the order number immediately. While the order still reads "paid" we can usually change the address. Once it is with the printer, the label is out of our hands.
When a parcel goes wrong
- Tracking has not moved in ten business days
- Write to us with the order number. We open a case with the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we reprint and reship it at our cost.
- Marked delivered, but nothing is there
- Check with neighbours and any building reception first, since carriers often mark a parcel delivered on handover. If it stays missing after two days, tell us and we will chase it.
- Returned as undeliverable
- Send us a corrected address. A reship after an address error is charged at the item price, because the item has to be printed again. A reship after a carrier or printer error is free.
- It arrived damaged
- That is a defect, and refunds and returns covers it. Photograph the item and the shipping label within 30 days of delivery.
Places we cannot ship
A handful of destinations are closed to us by sanctions rules or by the carriers the print provider uses. We find out at fulfilment rather than at checkout, so if your country turns out to be one of them, we cancel the order and credit what you paid to your store balance.
